STEP 3 - How do you install?
Quickly remove from the hard-drive...
Please keep in mind - that it wont hurt you
Keeping in mind that it will delete all memory
Input - the best software - thats out there
Dispose old software at your nearest - Salvation Army

STEP 4 - Always scan your computer for viruses
especially before you open any attachments
